    Yep, that sounds like he should be fined. And banned from performing mathematics in the state of Oregon.

    The role of the Board of Engineers and Surveyors is to make sure that those who are designing or overseeing the design of safety critical items, such as bridges and boilers as a very small example, are fully competent. It is not to harass people who are challenging the government and their BS crap.

    It sounds like the Board in Oregon is more interested in anal BS than actually protecting the public welfare.
