    Yay...
If this isn't a failed democracy, I don't know what is?

The World Bank, a failed democracy? The World Bank's president (serving for a five year term) is chosen by the 25-member strong board of Executive Directors.

You're such a sexist, telling us that a hot blonde with a bachelors degree can't do the job of an old man.

(I am posting this while looking at a picture of Ivanka Trump making a duck face on a table, wearing a black business suit with a short silk skirt, a whip on hand and approximately 2/6 of boob visible)

She could lead my world bank.

What are the qualifications, and does she meet them? That's my question, above and beyond the obvious underlying thoughts that I don't like the "it's who you know, not what you know" world that we live in.

I mean USA of course. This got nothing to do with qualifications, just pure nepotisme. There's probabaly 1 million Americans better suited for the job.

America takes that to extremes today.

It's fun to see people latch to any kind of rumor to get their daily fix of outrage.

                    I know the picture...

Still, not my World Bank president.

Pretty impressive that she's able to combine this position with her job as the US ambassador to the UN (democrat press insinuated she was going to be appointed to that position too to make Trump like bad except she wasn't appointed but that's just a minor detail to the lying media)

                            1. It’s a rumor that doesn’t pass the BS test.
                            2. You’re a sexist pig.
                            3. Even if there was any truth to this, and even if she wasn’t qualified, and even if Trump could simply “appoint” her to the position which he can’t, we’re taking about Ivanka, so your argument that this is somehow undemocratic is basically invalid.
