No details known. The police/prosecutor rarely releases specific detailed information prior to the trial unless it is to aid apprehending the (other) suspect(s) or finding witnesses.

    • First terrorism convict transferred to Finland from Denmark to serve out sentence
A young Finnish man (PEMM's note: Somali background) has been recently transferred to Finland to serve out a terrorism sentence handed down after a conviction by a court in Denmark.

According to information obtained by Yle, the individual is a 26-year-old man. The felon was slapped with four-year prison sentence for terrorism in Esbjerg, Denmark in March 2018. The man’s Danish defence attorney confirmed to Yle that he had been transferred to Finland to serve his sentence.

The man was a member of the same group of friends that included the individual responsible for the bombing of the Manchester Arena in May 2017. The attack claimed 22 lives and injured more than 500.

"He gave the impression that he had really learned from his mistakes."

All the same, it is possible for first-time offenders to be eligible for parole after serving half their sentence. According to information obtained by Yle, the man in question has no previous convictions in Finland.

We really showed that guy the price of terrorism. Possibly out from prison already or about to do so. It's really important also to hide his name so that the poor fella can start afresh.

But it's good to know that our justice system is not the only bad joke in Europe.

            Hate speech is the reason.

In upcoming elections, all candidates from parties except our populists answered "Yes" to question "hate speech should be added to the law" at over 60% rate (social democrats, poll leader, at 92% rate).

Now if only they could follow everyone around and spy on them in name of safety.

As the Windsor Star reported last week, “A Canadian man convicted of terrorism for nearly killing a Michigan police officer while yelling ‘God is great’ in Arabic was sentenced to life in prison on Thursday, after boldly declaring that he only regretted not having a machine-gun during the knife attack.”

The Canadian man is Amor Ftouhi, 51, a Tunisian who moved to Montreal in 2007. In 2017, Fthouhi entered the United States at Lake Champlain and drove 1,000 miles to the Bishop Airport in Flint, Michigan. There Ftouhi attacked police officer Lt. Jeff Neville, striking him the neck. As the Star reported, investigators found that “Ftouhi wanted to take Neville’s gun and start shooting people,” which the Muslim confirmed in court.

I wonder how much the judge that released him whept for this poor victim of eternal racism
Released from custody for good behaviour apparently includes assaulting a prison guard two days prior to your bail hearing. The judges stated that next time they would act the exact same way. Judges can only be fired by other judges so it's just a matter of time before the next ticking timebomb is released by these humanitarian idiots.

LOS ANGELES — An Army veteran who converted to Islam and discussed launching various terror attacks throughout Southern California was arrested as he plotted to bomb a white supremacist rally as retribution for the New Zealand mosque attacks, federal prosecutors said Monday.
Mark Domingo, an infantryman who served a combat stint in Afghanistan, was arrested Friday after visiting a park in Long Beach where investigators say he planned to plant home-made explosive devices made with nail-filled pressure cookers in advance of a Nazi rally scheduled Sunday.

Gunmen killed four worshippers and a pastor in the first jihadist attack on a church in Burkina Faso, security and local sources said Monday, in the latest violence to rock the formerly peaceful west African nation.

Sunday's raid took place in the small northern town of Silgadji near Djibo, the capital of Soum province.
