  • The tip-off from a Nazi that saved my grandparents

Worth a read - right place right time
A Jewish tailor was advised to flee Denmark in 1943 by a German client. But why would this leading Nazi defy Hitler?

Interesting story sometimes circumstances are really weird and I am glad so many Danish Jews survived.

And I also didnĀ“t know about Denmark being so important in supplying Nazi Germanys (cream) needs. Still lots of Arla products in the shelves over here

Thanks for posting. For years I was drawn to all things Jewish history, Holocaust, not knowing I had Jewish ancestors, however many generations back.

One of my favorite books was Hasidic Tales of the Holocaust.
