What are incentives/punishment if Iran goes behind the backs of the countries who signed the deal and continues its push for nuclear research/weapons?
Has anything been said to them?

I've not seen any official information.
Nethanyau suggested that the US made important concessions and said that ''there was no breakthrough in the talks, but a Western breakdown'.
All Israeli media report that Israel prepares to fight the deal in US Congress.

The "deal" won't stop Israel attacking if they feel threatened or if they have evidence that Iran is still researching/producing nuclear weapons.

Nothing of the sort will happen as long as Obama is in office.

Which means Iran is going full bore towards making the necessary ingredients for a bomb. They've got less than 16 months. Hopefully Israel bombs the sites.

Junk food diet: US team at Iran talks guzzled Twizzlers and string cheese

A number of interesting facts about the American negotiators working to prevent Tehran from achieving the bomb

                        BY AFP

By their latest calculations, since the start of June they have scoffed their way through 10 pounds (5 kilos) of strawberry-flavored Twizzler sticks, 30 pounds (15 kilos) of mixed nuts — they’re “very popular” — and some 20 pounds (10 kilos) of string cheese. Some 200 Rice Krispie treats also helped keep spirits up, while one birthday celebration alone this week saw the team devour three liters of ice-cream.

While I support the nuclear emasculation of Iran, I'm disgusted by Israeli(or any other foreign power) efforts to lobby Congress directly.

Most countries would not tolerate it, and for good reason.
